The main idea, really, is to get the action re-started multiple times: each time with her from some dis-advantaged position (and Steve trying hard to keep it that way)! Now, once she manages to turn the tables, she can seek a submission any way she wants. So, essentially a grappling match, where she starts from a handicap, with either side trying to submit the other, and once that's done, restart, with her from some new disadvantaged position.
